Job Summary

InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM built on Salesforce and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities create and manage relationships and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.

You Will:

    • Release Adoption & Technical Execution (60%)
    • Develop and execute upgrade plans for each product including timing risk assessments mitigation strategies rollback procedures andhandling ofcustomizations or integrationsfor Release Management.
    • ExecuteGithubActionsPipelinesaspart of the upgrade deployment following the SDLC.(Note: Some off-hours will berequired.)
    • Understanding ofbranching pull-requests and analyzing deployment logs for success/failure.
    • Coordinate release planning and execution: schedule releases track dependencies run Go/No-Go reviews communicate status and document release notes/changelogs.
    • Proactivelyidentify recruit and manage canary and early-adopter environments/customers tovalidatereleases in real-world conditions.
    • Work closely with theDevOps team and collaborate to improve release velocity reduce toil and adopt progressive delivery techniques
    • Perform upgrade readiness assessments coordinate testing and deployment windows and provide post-upgrade support.
    • Monitor and drive improvements in key adoption metrics: percentage of customers on the latest version average time-to-upgrade upgrade success rate featureutilizationrates and reduction in post-upgrade support tickets.

    • Write and execute UPDATE INSERT and DELETE statements withappropriate WHEREclauses to safelymodifyproduction data
    • Perform data corrections and bulk updates using joins and subqueries
    • Create and manage temporary tables to stage andvalidatedata before updates
    • Use transactions (BEGIN / COMMIT / ROLLBACK) to ensure safe data modifications
    • Apply JOINs (INNER LEFT RIGHT) to update data across related tables
    • Write aggregate queries (GROUP BY HAVING) tovalidatedata accuracy before and after updates
    • Use CASE statements for conditional updates
    • Perform data reconciliation and validation checks post-update
    • Ensure data integrity by understanding constraints (primary keys foreign keys unique constraints)
    • Conduct ad hoc reporting queries to support operations and troubleshooting
    • Follow change control and backup procedures before executing updates
    • Internal Reporting &ReleaseOpsOwnership (10%)
    • Identifyrecurring upgrade challenges (e.g. common failures documentation gaps integration issues or tooling limitations) and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.
    • Contribute to internal documentation on release dependencies account health risks and communication protocols.
    • Helpmaintaininternal release notes changelogs migration guides andadoptionresources for internal use.
    • Provide technicalassistancewith various TechOps related projects and quarterly commitments.

You Have:

    • Experience ina technicaloperations release management or customer-success-adjacent technical role (e.g. Release ManagerRelease EngineerTechnical Operations Solutions Engineer DevOps).
    • Strong knowledge of modern software delivery practices: CI/CD pipelines continuous delivery feature flags canary/blue-green/rolling deployments automated testing and rollback strategies.
    • Intermediate SQL skills including writing and executing UPDATE/INSERT/DELETE statements performing data corrections using joins and subqueries managing transactions and temporary tablesvalidatingdata with aggregate queries and ensuring data integrity and performance in operational environments.
    • Data-driven approach withproficiencyin analytics and reportingvia Grafana utilizingdashboardsandautomated reporting)required.
    • Demonstrated ownership of high-visibility recurring deliverables such as weekly executive reportsadoptionmetrics tracking or release coordination.
    • Experience driving product adoption through upgrades managing release processes in a SaaS environment and identifying/resolving systemic upgrade issues highly desirable.
    • Ability to translate technical risks and challenges into actionable internal insights and priorities.
    • Strong internal communication skills for working effectively with product engineering and leadership teams.
