About the Role & Team

We areseekinga detail-oriented andmotivated Sr. Revenue Accountant to join our global finance team in Malaysia.

You will support revenue accounting for the APAC region including China Japan Singapore and India ensuring consistent application of US GAAP (ASC 606) globally.

What Youll Do

Lead and oversee day-to-day revenue accounting operationsin accordance withASC 606 and company policy.
Supervise andmentor aRevenue Accountant providing guidance on technical accounting contract analysis and operational excellence.
Review revenue-related journal entries reconciliations and schedules prepared by the team for accuracy and completeness.
Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes ensuring revenue is recognized correctly andreportedtimely.
Assistin the preparation and review of audit support technical accounting memos and internal control documentation.
Support systems integration and enhancement efforts related to revenue recognition processes (ERP CRM and reporting tools).
Identifyand implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance ora relatedfield.
57 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role focused on revenue accounting.
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 with the ability to interpret and apply guidance to complex arrangements.
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring accounting professionals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with global teams.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SUN ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce (SFDC) isadvantageous.
Experience working in a multinational SaaS or technology companyinashared-servicesor regional hub environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Strong senseof ownership accountability and attention to detail.
Proventrack recordof driving process standardization and system optimization.
Proficiencyin Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred tofacilitatecommunication with regional stakeholders and support cross-border collaboration.
CPA or equivalent certification.
Hybrid/On-Site opportunity must be able to travel to local office 2-3 days per week.
