Job Summary

Job Overview:

Our client a global digital asset trading firm is expanding its presence across APAC. We are seeking a Senior Trader to lead their crypto OTC execution desk with a strong focus on sales trading client engagement and risk management.

You will work closely with global trading teams while helping shape and scale the OTC function locally. The position offers direct exposure to live trading pricing and client interaction in a fast-moving market environment.

What You Will Do:

Execute spot crypto and FX OTC trades with accuracy speed and strong judgement.
Actively manage risk and inventory within defined limits escalating when required.
Apply disciplined decision-making within established risk frameworks.
Drive trading flow with a proactive sales trading mindset.
Support pricing and quoting across products and counterparties.
Build and manage client relationships handling flow pricing requests and market insights.
Monitor market conditions liquidity and order books to inform execution strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve execution quality and increase client activity.
Collaborate with technology and operations teams to enhance workflows automation and system performance.
Oversee the trade lifecycle including reconciliation and reporting in partnership with settlements teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of desk operations and processes.
Mentor and support junior traders as the team grows.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

Proven experience in trading or risk management (crypto or traditional markets) including exposure to sales trading.
Strong understanding of market structure pricing dynamics and risk management.
Solid commercial judgement with high attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams.
Interest in technology automation and data-driven trading approaches.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in trading workflows.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Comfortable owning day-to-day trading flow risk and client interactions.
