We currently have an opportunity for a Solution Engineer to join our SI&CS Business Technology team within our Health and Education/Government division playing a key role in driving major systems uplifts across our Health and Education contracts. Reporting to the Operational Technology Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Engage in discovery activities including and technical deep dives with internal stakeholders vendors and clients.
Translate business needs into clear technically sound solution designs scopes and documents.
Define integration points data flows interfaces and non-functional requirements such as performance reliability and security.
Produce high-quality technical documentation (solution designs sequence diagrams BOMs configuration guides).
Provide hands-on configuration and integration support during delivery phases.
What Youll Bring
5 years experience in technical engineering role
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience and certification
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technical solutions across diverse technology domains
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement: workshops POCs technical presentations documentation.
Experience with ICS/SCADA industrial networks and safety-critical environments is preferred
