What Youll Do
As a Budtender youll be the face of our dispensaryeducating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top-tier cannabis products. Youll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.

Day-to-day duties include:

Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
Educating customers about product options effects and proper usage
Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
Supporting inventory management stocking and store cleanliness
Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws

What Were Looking For

Must be 21 with a valid MA ID or Drivers License
Flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays
Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
Must pass a background check (CORI)
Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn

Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!

- Monday: 8AM5PM
- Tuesday: 8AM9PM
- Wednesday: 8AM9PM
- Thursday: 9AM9PM
- Friday: 8AM10PM
- Saturday: 8AM10PM
- Sunday: 8AM9PM
