Requirements:
Job Title: Senior Analyst-RMG
Location: Bangalore/Pune
Experience: 4-6 years
Job Responsibilities
- Bench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time
- Assist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization reducing project risks and billing loss.
- Will be required to do Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment Bench Management and Resource connect Talent Planning and Buffer Management tracking billing deployment and attrition trends creating meaningful reports and insight for the management teams.
- Will also be responsible for maintaining employee skill database timesheet compliance and Bench/New joiners induction understand current gaps to arrive at organizations re-skilling and up-skilling requirements.
- Creating and logging the requirement status request in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally.
- Holding weekly calls with the Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillment
- Providing the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demands
Key Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools especially MS excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) to generate meaningful and timely reports.
- Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
Years of Experience : 4-6
