About the role:
- Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500
- Work closely with premium clients delivering commercial advice grounded in sound legal judgement and a deep understanding of client value drivers
The ideal candidate:
- 3 years post-admission experience in M&A transactions corporate advisory equity capital markets and/or FIRB
- Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
- A team player with a high attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented adaptable and eager to develop your career in a high-performing environment
