Job Summary
- Work onsite as a Patient Financial Representative Senior.
- Operate within a multi-facility hospital business office environment.
- Handle inpatient and outpatient billing requirements using UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing forms.
- Perform Revenue Cycle functions to meet/exceed key performance metrics.
- Ensure departmental quality and productivity standards are achieved.
- Collect and provide patient and payor information to assist with account resolution.
- Respond to account inquiries via written and verbal communication.
- Meet expectations of One Competencies: Leader of Self Leader of Others or Leader of Leaders.
