Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Work Attire: Clean professional facility attire (collared shirts sturdy pants closed-toed shoes)
- Work Location: Newport Beach CA 92660
- Parking: Pass provided/validated by client
- COVID Requirements: None currently
- Driving: Not required
- Interview Process: Virtual via TEAMS
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily facilities operations and functions
- Monitor and update work orders
- Resolve general facility maintenance issues (e.g. light bulbs plumbing HVAC)
- Assist with office moves
- Provide support to other business units as needed
- Validate and respond to various service requests
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Use basic hand tools for minor repairs
- Perform physical tasks (lifting walking standing kneeling/squatting)
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Professional demeanor
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous facilities experience preferred
