Job Summary

Job Summary

- Pay rate: $16.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am 3:00pm (possible overtime); Temp-to-hire position
- Dress code: Business casual; closed-toed shoes required; neat jeans (no tears); no leggings gym/active wear or offensive/political graphics
- Interview: In-person group interviews on Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM
- Must be able to read and follow English instructions
- Basic computer and typing skills required (for training and scanning)
- Primary duties include:
- Separating and opening mail
- Prepping documents for scanning
- Making glass copies
- Other duties as assigned
- Physical requirements:
- Lifting 10 50 lbs
- Standing and sitting
- Bending twisting and lifting
- Industry experience and familiarity with printing/scanning equipment preferred
- Lunch: 30-minute break; vending machines refrigerators and microwaves available; bring your own lunch
- Cell phones: Must remain silent and stored in a locker at all times (not allowed on floor)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing tasks and situations required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity
- Willingness to work multiple shifts including nights weekends overtime and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working in a medium-to-high noise production facility
- Able to handle moderate stress and remain productive for extended periods
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day
- Must be capable of moving/lifting up to 50 lbs as part of job duties
