The Manager of Streaming & Live Programming -- Spanish supports QVC and HSN and manages the programming execution and operational integrity of Spanish language and live streaming initiatives.

Where Youll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester Studio Park several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA NJ or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What Youll Do

• Develop and manage Spanish language programming calendars across live semi-live FAST streaming app cable and broadcast linear environments.
• Ensure schedule accuracy inventory alignment promotional placement and operational readiness.
• Lead QA of dubbed content ensuring linguistic accuracy cultural nuance timing integrity and alignment with brand standards.
• Oversee closed captioning accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Serve as operational liaison for distribution partners including FAST platforms and broadcast feeds ensuring delivery of compliant assets ad break structures dirty feeds and required metadata
• Support live and semi-live production workflows coordinating with studio control room and post-production teams to ensure seamless execution across Spanish and English feeds.
• Maintain operational systems including scheduling platforms asset tracking tools metadata management systems and long-range programming calendars. Identify workflow efficiencies and process improvements.
• Oversee and support the performance and development of the Spanish Language Specialist ensuring clear communication effective coaching and alignment with team and organizational goals.

What Youll Bring

• A bachelors degree in Communications Media Broadcasting or related field
• Demonstrated full professional fluency in both Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Expertise in live and Spanish language programming including deep familiarity with scheduling systems metadata management and content delivery workflows.
• 3 years of experience in television streaming or digital media operations with direct involvement in Spanish language programming live scheduling or broadcast operations.
• 3 years of experience working with FAST platforms and multi-feed distribution is highly preferred.
