The Opportunity

The Director Practice Administration - Neurologyis a key operational leader responsible for managing a team of Liaisons to drive effective clinical administrative processes improve practice systems and ensure practice scalability within AccessTeleCares NeurologyBusinessUnit. This role oversees daily operational performance across clinical onboarding and off boarding clinician engagement systems access credentialing and coordination translating strategy into execution. The Director partners closely with senior leadership clinicians and crossfunctional teams to create sustainable repeatable processes that enhance quality accountability and growth.

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to support the overall health of the Neurology Service Line to include project and task management related to the clinical workforce; contribute to strategicplanning capacity modeling and forecasting initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Liaison team in alignment with Access TeleCares Mission Vision and Values.
  • Maintain the active clinician roster for the purposes of clinician management and Practice management ensuring accurate internal records on status roles and practice areas of each clinician.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to optimize the clinician experience and their practice environment.
  • Partner with clinical leadership clinicians and shared service teams to ensure timely execution of clinician-related workflows reinforcing cross-functional accountability and removing barriers to progress.
  • Coordinate with clinicians and clinical systemaccess team to ensure timely access and clinician readiness for practice.
  • Manage clinical onboarding and offboarding processes from first touch through completion.
  • Oversee the clinician payroll experience including investigating and resolving compensation discrepancies in partnership with Finance & Accounting effectively communicating with Clinicians throughout the process
  • Collaborate with GrowthStrategy leadership on Salesforce automations implementation dashboards onboarding & offboarding dashboards to scale operations through process improvement and automation.
  • Refine previously established escalation pathways to resolve clinician communication barriers and operational delays.
  • Maintain dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clinical onboarding systems access clinical offboarding and throughput metrics. Refine and expand KPIdashboards to highlight trends performance health and areas for improvement.
  • Create and update applicable SOPs systemmaps and performance standards supporting scalable operations.
  • Participate in the creation of training orientation and reference materials.
  • Lead weekly team meetings and represent the vertical in monthly operating reviews with executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Compliance & CLP teams on processes to maintain Service Line specific compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Continuously identify and implement workflow enhancements that improve throughput and reduce friction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in business administration healthcare administration or related field required
  • At least 7 years experience in practice administration a combination of inpatient and outpatient medicine preferred
  • Neurology practice administration experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to exercise empathy when working with hospital partners and physicians and patients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently but function as part of a team
  • Agility with the ability to quickly adjust course according to KPI outputs and trends.
  • Fluent in credentialing payor enrollment and hospital workflows.
  • Ability to drive and be accountable to measurable outcomes.
