Overview

A growing homecare organization is seeking a strong Director of Operations to help lead day-to-day operations and support the company through its next phase of growth.

This is not a task-based role. Leadership is looking for someone with a true ownership mentality someone who thinks like an operator takes responsibility for outcomes and approaches the business as if they are opening the lights in the morning and closing them at night.

The right candidate must come with homecare experience and understand the pace pressure and realities of operating in this space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across the homecare organization

  • Ensure workflows systems and internal processes run efficiently

  • Coordinate across departments to maintain operational consistency

  • Support the organization in navigating changes within the homecare industry

  • Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions

  • Drive accountability and follow-through across teams

  • Maintain clear documentation organization and communication

  • Help move projects forward from idea to execution

  • Partner with leadership on growth and operational improvement

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior homecare experience is required

  • Strong operations background with ability to run day-to-day business functions

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability

  • Strong communicator with leadership presence

  • Able to think proactively not just reactively

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving evolving environment
