Job Summary
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing and fabrication environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills extensive shop experience and the ability to build and administer a preventive maintenance program.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 120V 240V and 480V
Diagnose and repair compressors air compressors gates CNC routers CNC punch press press brakes mini pleater CNC tube plasma plastics extrusion lines and dosing machines
Perform general electrical troubleshooting with minimal PLC work
Create implement and manage a preventive maintenance system
Respond to urgent repair needs including occasional on call situations
Maintain a safe and organized shop environment
Qualifications
Approximately 15 or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Strong industrial shop experience required
Fabrication or manufacturing environment experience required
Journeyman or Master Electrician experience preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting background
Ability to work independently and manage maintenance schedules
Schedule
Part time Monday through Friday
Flexible 4 hour shift between 8 am and 4 pm
Additional hours may be available based on workload
On call availability may be required
Compensation
Pay up to 42 dollars per hour depending on experience
