Customer Service Representative II
Job Summary
Job Duties:
- Responds to customer inquiries expedites critical orders communicates dispositions researches and resolves issues and researches orders
- Coordinate with internal and external customers
- Daily shipment coordination
- Handle system transactions
- Prepare shipping documentations filing and reports
- To follow up daily operation to comply with the KPI
- Any ad-hoc support upon requested
Job Requirements:
- High School / Diploma or above
- At least 1 year related experience in warehouse or logistics industry
- Basic computer email phone and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Good command of spoken and written in English Cantonese and Mandarin
- With SAP knowledge will be an advantage
