Job description
Drive the development of theEurope Westpartner ecosystemand transform it into a measurable revenue engine. AtPlanon this role is central to accelerating ourEurope Westgrowth strategy. You will build and manage a high-performing network of local resellers and implementation partners who actively generatepipelinesand close newbusiness.
This is not a maintenance role. You will enter a greenfield environment with the autonomy to define priorities recruit the right partners and deliver commercial results. Your impact will be tangible in signed customers recurring license revenue and long-term strategic partnerships across theEurope Westmarket.

What will you do
- Build and expandPlanonsEurope Westpartner ecosystem targeting resellers and implementation partners in relevant industries.
- Identify recruit and contract new partners aligned with our growth strategy and ideal customer profile.
- Develop structured joint business plans per partner defining target industries territories revenuegoalsand activity levels.
- Drive partner-led pipeline creation supporting opportunity development from qualification to closingcustomer wins.
- Monitor performance track forecasts and challenge partners on activity pipelineprogressionand revenue delivery.
- Work closely with internal sales pre-salesand delivery teams to ensure partners are enabledtrainedand positioned for success.
Profile
We are looking for a commercially driven partner sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and takes ownership for results.
- Proven experience in partner or channel sales within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Demonstratedtrack recordof generating new revenue through indirect sales channels.
- Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems in a developing or greenfield market.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive structureaccountabilityand measurable outcomes.
- Confident and direct communicator comfortable engaging with partner leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; existingEurope Westmarket network is a strong advantage
