Make your mark for patients
The Medical Advisor will report to Medical Strategy Lead (China) who is responsible for the assigned therapeutic area to provide the bridge between clinical research and commercial department as well as the remaining departments within the organization. The Medical advisor will align with global strategies to develop China local medical strategy and medical plan for assigned therapeutic area provide medical/academic insights for marketing strategy/plan and cross-functional professional support (including but not limited with post-marketing clinical trials) medical training and academic communication build up and maintain academic relationship with top KOLs.
You will provide the professional medical advice to healthcare organizations ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include developing local medical strategy programs and medical materials reviewing medical data advising on clinical development and liaising between medical and non-medical staff.
Experience
Master of clinical medicine bio-pharmaceutical or biotechnology as minimum.
More than 1 year in clinical practice is preferred;
More than 5 years in pharmaceutical company including 2 years medical strategy role specialized in neurology is preferred;
Previous experience in Clinical Research and/or Drug Development is a plus.
Firmly grounded in scientific fundamentals of experimental protocol development and methodology data interpretation and scientific communication;
Capable of developing Country Medical strategy and tactics;
Business insights and marketing sense (good understanding pharmaceutical business)
Ability to function in a team-oriented (matrix) environment
Ability to think strategically to guide publication-related activities in accordance with industry standards and good publication practices
Knowledge in ICH GCP and local regulations;
Fluent English in literature reading medical writing and oral communication can independently communicate with global;
Leadership without authorization
Excellent Project management skills and Budget control
