About the role
As a Delivery Specialist youll sit between our stakeholders and delivery teams helping define problems understand business needs and recommend the right solutions. Youll support both Integration projects and BAU work working independently on smaller pieces and collaboratively on larger initiatives.
Youll work across important programs of work such as:
- Lending origination improvements
- Deposit partnerships
- Workflow digitisation
- Core banking enhancements
What youll be doing
- Facilitate and document business requirements using the approach best suited to the work
- Map current and futurestate processes clearly and accurately
- Analyse data and draw insights to support solution design
- Design and run workshops to gather input validate ideas and align stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across teams and delivery partners
- Maintain organised uptodate delivery documentation
- Identify delivery risks and help manage them proactively
- Support business readiness activities including training testing and documentation
- Lead small to medium work packages from initiation through to delivery
What youll bring
- 3 years experience in business analysis or project delivery
- Experience within financial services particularly in technology or process change
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Confidence analysing data and making sense of complex information
- Familiarity with project delivery tools and frameworks
