About the Role: As Vice President of Human Resources you will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business goals and drives long-term organizational success. This role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including talent strategy organizational design employee relations compensation and benefits HR operations compliance and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent and workforce strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scalability and operational effectiveness
- Oversee employee relations engagement initiatives and culture development across the organization
- Direct compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage and optimize HR operations policies and compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Partner with senior leadership to implement leadership development and succession planning programs
- Build and mentor a strong HR team while fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role such as Vice President or Senior Director of Human Resources
- Strong background in organizational development talent strategy and workforce planning
- Demonstrated experience leading employee relations compliance and HR operations
- Expertise in compensation benefits and performance management systems
- Exceptional leadership communication and strategic planning skills
