WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Zalando Commercial Director and work closely with the Sales team. Internally you will collaborate cross functionally with Sports Teams Merchandising Assortment Planning Marketing Marketplace Supply Chain and Finance. Externally you will build strong relationships with Zalando Buying and Merchandising teams within your Sport to optimize business performance.

In this role you will own defined commercial assortment and planning topics for your Sport working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver profitable growth and premium consumer experiences. We are hiring for two sports one person will be part of the Nike Sportswear team the other will lead Brand Impact Sports (Tennis Golf Skateboard & Basketball).
Partner and relationship management with buyer level counterparts
Commercial execution owning your Sport from sellin through sellout
Business planning and seasonal forecasting identifying risks and pursuing opportunities in line with Sports Team targets
Leveraging sales data and digital tools to optimize Sport performance
Optimizing trade and driving seasonal AtOnce and Always Available business
Assortment ownership aligned to consumer led merchandising frameworks
Delivering strong digital consumer experiences together with Marketing & Zalando counterparts
