Key Responsibilities
- Product Support: Deliver expert advice guidance and solutions for repairs and replacement parts making every customer interaction a positive experience.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with care turning challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- System Management: Use Zendesk for efficient data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Logistics Coordination: Organise courier shipments and manage consignments to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels including email phone and social media representing the companys values and standards.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience: At least 12 months in Product Support or Customer Service.
- Education: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-Levels preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet customer needs.
- Proactive in completing tasks and problem-solving.
- Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
