Job Description
Position Title: Facilities Data Analyst
Location: Pune India
Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Facilities Data Analyst to transform facilities management data into actionable insights. You will analyze data (from our facilities Management systems and various other sources) to identify trends optimization opportunities and drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
Extract and analyze data from Facilities Management platforms to generate insights on work orders service requests maintenance activities and costs
Create dashboards and reports across multiple dimensions (location asset type vendor performance service categories cost centers time periods)
Identify patterns trends and anomalies in operations and costs
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports with key findings and recommendations
Process Optimization
Analyze work order lifecycle data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Evaluate vendor performance through data-driven analysis of response times completion rates quality and cost effectiveness
Develop and track KPIs for facilities management operations
Recommend data-driven strategies for optimizing resource allocation preventive maintenance and service delivery
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with the Operational Excellence Manager to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
Present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams
Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Managing Integrated Facilities Management Systems
Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and proficiency with CAFM/CMMS platforms
Experience with helpdesk ticketing platforms
API integration experience for data extraction from multiple systems

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in business Analytics Data Science Engineering Operations Management or related field
Experience
2-4 years in data analysis preferably in facilities management operations or corporate services
Hands-on experience with facilities management systems ss
Proven ability creating data visualizations reports and dashboards
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables VLOOKUP macros)
Strong knowledge of Power BI Tableau or similar visualization tools
SQL or database querying experience (preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (advantageous)
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
Ability to identify meaningful patterns in large datasets
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions
