Job Summary

Job Summary:To provide Ground Training in aeronautical knowledge areas related to technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide initial ground training in aeronautical knowledge areas required for the issuance of a type rating / flight dispatcher approval and / or special operation approval
To provide recurrent ground training in aeronautical knowledge areas as required for recurrent training of Pilots Flight Dispatchers and Ground Instructors
To provide ground training for LTC/SFI/TRI/TRE/DE
To train Ground Instructors/SMEs
Any other Training as deemed necessary by Chief Ground Instructor
Preparation and maintenance of training related documentation for regulatory compliance
Development maintenance and review of training content incl LMS question bank and related training resources
To conduct and assist in regulatory / in-house audits and to maintain audit records
Any other task assigned by Chief Ground Instructor / Dir Trg.

Required Skills & Experience:

08 15 years of experience in related field
ShouldbeabletoreadwritespeakandunderstandtheEnglish Language
Shall be a DGCA approved Tech GI on B 737 MAX ac
One of the following qualifications
Shall be an engineering graduate or hold a graduate degree with Physics and/or Mathematics from a recognized Board/ University;
Should have been a qualified pilot / flight navigator / flight engineer / flight dispatcher / ATCO with minimum two years of work experience in aviation
ShallbeanAircraftMaintenanceEngineerhavingundergone(03) years of specialised training and designed courses in aviation.
Shall be a current GI working with an approved operator / organisation.
Qualified as SME on Special Ops like PBN RVSM UPRT ADS-B LVO AWO EFB CWO and EDTO.
