Job Description

Responsibility

Perform reliability test of optical modules and devices.
Review test data interpret result and write up a presentable report.
Operate test instruments such as DCA aging furnace etc.
Design experiment plan for reliability improvement or evaluation.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above major in science/Electronic engineering/optical communication/physics/Electronic engineering is preferred
At least 5 years reliability related experience. Familiar with optical product reliability standard such as Telcordia IEC MIL STD 883.
Strong knowledge on analysis software such as: JMP MiniTab Matlab Reliasoft Excel or other software
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods distribution modeling life modeling etc.
Knowledge of Python and Excel VBA programming is a plus.
Patience confident and able to work under high pressure.
