Sr. TA Specialist

What youll do

. Lead and continuously optimize internal referral programs including policy updates campaign design communication strategies poster creation and daily bonus tracking and payment coordination
. Collect consolidate and track recruitment requests across departments; maintain regular status updates and deliver hiring reports to stakeholders
. Manage the daily operations of Volvo Cars Recruitment WeChat account from content planning to execution collaborating with internal stakeholders to strengthen employer branding
. Identify and collect high-demand positions coordinating internal and external job postings to attract top talent
. Plan and execute the Beacon Program Open Day events from creative ideation to implementation including budget planning material procurement participant recruitment preliminary research event coordination hosting post-event promotion and comprehensive reporting
. Maintain and optimize the talent pool structure in MOKA ensuring daily compliance and alignment with internal recruitment guidelines
. Monitor and analyze recruitment data dashboards including Recruitment WeChat talent pool and internal referral performance to drive data-informed talent acquisition strategies
. Support daily recruitment activities for key departments including Supply China Manufacturing Engineering Product & Industrial Operations Group China Propulsion & Energy Quality and the Global Graduates Program

What youll bring

. Bachelors degree or higher no specific major required
. 8 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in full-cycle recruitment; prior experience in headhunting social media operations or event planning is preferred
. Demonstrated experience in talent pool and talent mapping development
. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes applicant tracking systems (ATS) and diverse recruitment channels
. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with solid data analysis capabilities
. Excellent logical thinking communication and cross-functional coordination skills; able to quickly understand business needs
. High resilience strong interpersonal sensitivity and a strong orientation toward achieving results
. Fluent in English as a working language
