This role ensures the efficient execution of production tasks and supports the development of Supervisors within these areas through coaching guidance and support. The Production Manager oversees all aspects of production processes including planning scheduling resource allocation continuous improvement ensuring operational excellence through leadership hands-on approach and commitment to high-quality successful candidates responsibilities will include:Workplace Safety Oversight & ComplianceConduct regular safety audits and Gemba active engagement in safe work accountability by upholding established standards and attendance of team(s) in required safety training in incident reporting investigations and follow up Excellence & ComplianceMaintain compliance with company quality standards and customer continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Address quality issues timely responses to audit findings opportunities for improvement (OFIs) and corrective Leadership & CollaborationSupervise mentor and develop supervisors and production closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment on clear communication across all organizational levels.
