About the role
As an Admin & HR Coordinator youll play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly by managing work permit renewals and supporting essential HR administration. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on compliance and employee experience while working closely with colleagues across the business.
What you will do
HR Operations:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding HR process for all employees
- Organize and maintain the employees personnel records and HRIS
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Office and Facility Management:
- Manage daily office facility ensuring safety and hygiene meet the requirements by managing and supervising a housekeeper on daily tasks to ensure the office is always clean and tidy.
- Responsible for monitoring IT Asset and Inventory purchasing stationery office supplies and furniture to prevent a stock shortage.
- Monitor Sustainability Report.
- Keeping track records of costs and expenses as well as office documents and vendor management.
- Act as a main contact point for office building maintenance courier process and external vendors.
- Responsible for vendor negotiation cost comparison for having the best deals and efficient cost management quality and delivery time.
Visa and Work-Permit:
- Coordinating between expats and BOI/Immigration Center and administering end-to-end process of Visa Work-Permit and 90 days report as well as statutory matters.

- Clear communication and teamwork abilities to support employees and liaise with government agencies.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle both routine tasks and ad-hoc HR projects.
