The role of the Solution Consultant is to take ownership of the technical solution from initial requirements
gathering and design through deployment and handover to support. Role of Solution Consultant is to document
business requirements and translate them into actionable case management and automation solutions for our
law firm clients. This role is multifaceted and will require the candidate to upskill in multiple low code- no code
solutions be hands on with system configuration and client support throughout the life cycle of the project. The
Solution Consultant will provide on-site and remote assistance to clients with delivery of projects. The Solution
Consultant will work with global teams to deliver a complete solution and act as the face of the project for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between users operations in-house IT teams and the project team to ensure alignment.
  • Document business processes and requirements using industry-standard techniques.
  • Produce BPMN diagrams to model workflows and processes.
  • Analyse and translate solution design documents into clear business requirements.
  • Support system configuration including integration deployment workflow and UI configuration.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design bespoke client solutions in a low-code/nocode environment.
  • Ensure requirements are traceable and aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Support data mapping activities and clarify ETL requirements with technical teams.
  • Review and validate solution design documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support testing phases by validating requirements coverage and assisting with UAT.
  • Maintain requirements backlog using DevOps or JIRA best practice models.
  • Prepare and deliver client training and enablement materials in collaboration with the project team.
Qualifications
  • Successful track record of technical project delivery within a client facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write concise accurate and readable technical documentation and reports.
  • Proficient in SQL and other scripting languages.
  • Have a working knowledge of cloud technologies an concepts.
  • You will have demonstrable implementation experience in a client facing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Demonstrates the high level of technical expertise and ability.
  • A professional service or legal industry background would be preferred
  • Hands on case management experience as a paralegal legal ops or legal professional highly desirable
  • Must have Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain federal government security clearance
