Procurement Manager
Pewaukee WI Onsite (5 days/week)

This is a high-impact fully onsite leadership role for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced plant environment and enjoys partnering across operations supply chain quality engineering and finance to keep production moving.

What Youll Do
- Lead procurement strategy and day-to-day purchasing operations for the Pewaukee site
- Ensure materials and services are sourced to meet goals forquality cost delivery and compliance
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts pricing and service expectations
- Partner closely with plant operations planning engineering quality and finance teams
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost improve efficiency and strengthen supply continuity
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality delivery and reliability
- Support inventory optimization and material availability for production
- Drive procurement process improvements reporting and KPI tracking
- Lead coach and develop a team of procurement professionals
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Business Operations or a related field
- 5 years of procurement sourcing or supply chain experience
- 2 years of leadership experienceor equivalent experience leading teams or major initiatives
- Background inmanufacturing industrial or engineered productspreferred
- Experience withsupplier negotiations sourcing strategy and procurement performance management
- Knowledge ofinventory planning logistics and import/export operations
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency withExcel and ERP/MRP systems
- Professional certifications such asCPSM CPM or APICSare a plus
