As a central member of the College of Engineerings Graduate Programs Office (GPO) the Assistant Director of Admissions Marketing and Operations reports to the Director of Masters Admissions and leads the implementation marketing and operational strategy for the new Online Master of Science in Software Engineering for Artificial Intelligence (OMSE). This role is responsible for directing all activities related to recruitment selection and yield for the OMSE program with a particular emphasis on marketing strategy data analysis recruitment planning and relationship building. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch growth and long-term sustainability of the program.
The Assistant Director delivers a customer servicedriven admissions model and ensures a seamless supportive experience for prospective and admitted students. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating prime prospective candidates evaluating applications for admission and maintaining consistent communication with admitted students to support deposit conversion and onboarding.
In addition the role oversees and serves as the primary liaison between GPO and Education Dynamics (EDDY) including developing standard operational procedures ongoing oversight of communications and management of program-specific and admissions questions from EDDY. The Assistant Director serves as the lead in the development review and approval of all OMSE marketing and recruitment content used by EDDY which includes email campaigns landing page content and enrollment coach scripts with extensive coordination and revision cycles to ensure accuracy and alignment with ENG academic policies and messaging.
The Assistant Director collects and analyzes enrollment and recruitment data to inform decision-making for the online masters and other degree programs builds sustainable and flexible models for marketing communications and application processing and contributes to broader admissions initiatives within graduate engineering and special projects in the GPO.
B.S./B.A. required exceptional written and oral communication skills ability to develop and manage client relationships with a superior customer satisfaction focus demonstrated ability to set and meet targets. Strong analytical and computer skills including MS Office CRM management report building communication campaigns planning and executing virtual recruiting and yield events. Candidate must be excellent at both written and oral communication including creating and presenting webinars and information sessions. Ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced multi-faceted changing environment. At critical times during the recruitment process night and weekend work is required.
