發展核心 聚焦 2D/3D/AI Camera 三軌產品與平台策略整合 NVIDIAQualcomm 等頂尖架構為 Edge AI 賦能長距離低延遲抗干擾的視覺解決方案
1. Junior PM (AI Vision / Software / Sensing)
關鍵任務 跨部門整合 RD/AE/Sales 需求定義產品規格並推動 AI 視覺應用落地
必備技能 理工背景熟悉 Computer Vision/Edge AI 基本概念具備 Vibe Coding 能力與英文簡報實力
軟實力 外向正向對技術分享充滿熱情
2. Software Engineer (Embedded Linux / Sensing)

Target Audience: Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 3 years of experience.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Highly Adaptable: Able to navigate and excel in ambiguous and uncertain environments.

Resilient: Possess great passion and endurance for the early stages of a new business venture.

Cross-disciplinary Potential: Keen sensitivity toward both Technical R&D and Market Opportunities.

Timeline: Expected onboarding in June (Exclusive training programs from late June to September).

Compensation: Adjustable based on professional expertise; Total annual compensation exceeds NT$1M in the first year!

Location: Advantech Linkou Campus / Taipei Neihu Headquarters.

Recruitment Roles:

Theme 1Industrial Vision Sensing: Defining New Standards for Industrial Vision (@Linkou)
Core Development: Focusing on 2D/3D/AI Camera products and platform strategies. Integrating top-tier architectures like NVIDIA and Qualcomm to empower Edge AI with long-distance low-latency and anti-interference vision solutions.

Junior PM (AI Vision / Software / Sensing)

Key Tasks: Coordinate cross-functional requirements (RD/AE/Sales) define product specifications and drive the implementation of AI vision applications.

Requirements: STEM background familiarity with Computer Vision/Edge AI concepts Vibe Coding capability and strong English presentation skills.

Soft Skills: Extroverted positive and passionate about sharing technology and products.

Software Engineer (Embedded Linux / Sensing)

Key Tasks: Develop camera software stacks (V4L2 Gstreamer) integrate ROS/ROS2 and customize software tools.

Requirements: Foundation in Linux/Embedded Linux experience with DeepStream and ability to perform camera bring-up and debugging.

Soft Skills: Problem-solving oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for product stability.

Application Engineer (System Integration / Optimization)

Key Tasks: First-line system integration image calibration/parameter tuning (low-latency optimization) and on-site technical troubleshooting.

Requirements: Familiar with image processing and Edge AI systems on-site integration experience and high pressure-tolerance.

Soft Skills: Solution-driven able to feedback field experience into internal R&D.

Theme 2Autonomous System & Robotics (AS&R): Enabling Intelligent Mobility (@Linkou)
Core Development: Specialized in autonomous mobile robots and system integration transforming AI algorithms into physical applications to drive automation in industrial and logistics sectors.

Solution Engineer (Robotics / Edge AI)

Key Tasks: Establish robot software environments programming and physical system testing.

Requirements: Linux system operation/debugging Python/C proficiency and Git collaboration.

Bonus Skills: ROS2 Jetson/Edge AI implementation PX4/Ardupilot experience Sensor Fusion or Motion Control concepts.

Soft Skills: Strong self-motivation and hands-on ability for physical system testing.

Theme 3Environment & Agriculture: Empowering Smart Agri & Sustainability (@Neihu)
Core Development: Utilizing AIoT technology to penetrate greenhouses livestock and aquaculture sectors to solve industrial pain points and achieve ESG goals and industrial upgrades.

Junior PM / BDM (Smart Agriculture)

Key Tasks: Industry and market analysis operational process optimization and expanding agricultural industry partnerships.

Requirements: Domain knowledge in agriculture (greenhouses livestock etc.) familiarity with field management and an established industry network.

Soft Skills: Excellent cross-domain communication and a strong interest in AIoT applications.

Application / Solution Engineer (Mechatronics / Automation)

Key Tasks: Modular decomposition and analysis of complex agricultural systems and developing mechatronic integration solutions.

Requirements: Background in mechatronics/automation familiarity with AI principles and Python programming.

Soft Skills: Proactive patient and passionate about ESG and environmental sustainability.

Group Interviews: April 27 - April 30 2026 (One afternoon session at Linkou Campus).
