What You Will Do工作內容摘要
Depending on role alignment responsibilities may include:
- Support and improve HBM manufacturing assembly test automation or facility systems 支援並優化 HBM 製造封裝測試自動化或廠務系統
- Drive improvement in quality yield cost cycle time equipment or utility reliability 推動品質良率成本交期設備或公用系統穩定度之改善
- Support new product introduction (NPI) qualification and production ramp支援新產品導入NPI製程系統驗證及量產爬坡
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering Quality IE Facilities and Global teams 和製造工程品質IE廠務及全球團隊跨部門合作
- Participate in continuous improvement safety and operational excellence initiatives 參與持續改善工安EHS 及營運卓越相關專案
- For supervisory roles manage shift operations staffing safety and daily execution 負責輪班管理人力配置工安與每日營運執行

- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines 工程或相關理工背景
