- A Curious Explorer: You will support the team in challenging the media status quo by staying on the pulse of trends and digital shifts. You deliver high-quality foundational work that helps build strong client relationships.
- An Enthusiastic Collaborator: iProspect is a central part of the Dentsu network. Your role is to assist in connecting different specialisms learning how to draw these together to deliver integrated solutions.
- An Insight Hunter: You have a natural interest in peoplealways asking why and digging for the story behind the data. You will be responsible for the legwork of strategy: finding the unexpected or lateral connections that set our brands apart.
- An Idea Champion: Someone who isnt afraid to ask what-if and contributes fresh perspectives to brainstorms. You take pride in your work and present your ideas with growing conviction.

- Brief Support: Helping translate client briefs into inspiring internal briefs for our specialist teams.
- Award Support: Assisting senior strategists in gathering data and results to package award-winning case studies.
- Execution Excellence: Ensuring that strategic decks are well-researched formatted and delivered on time.
- Market Awareness: Developing a comprehensive grasp of both traditional and contemporary media channels.
