Project Operations & Data Assistant Jr

In your day to day activities youll work with multiple customers as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwoods areas of expertise of Injury Prevention Systems Engineering & Systems Integration. Youll help customers innovate solve their current struggles and guide them with the power of Sandalwoods deeply ingrained subject matter expertise.

We are looking for a Project Operations & Data Assistant (Jr) to support the operational compliance documentation and dataanalysis activities of multiple ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate is organized proactive and eager to develop strong skills in digital tools and project management.

Responsibilities

Access & Compliance Management

Project Documentation & Compliance

Billing & BT Support

Development & Automation

Receive training in Power BI Macros and MS Project

Build basic dashboards for project visibility

Automate repetitive processes progressively

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering Systems Engineering Business Administration Project Management or related fields

Intermediate / advance Excel skills (pivot tables structured data handling)

Strong interest in learning Power BI Macros and automation

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Basic to intermediate English preferred

• Direct training with the Project Supervisor

• Growth path toward Project Analyst / Project Coordinator Jr
• Exposure to global clients and real-world project environments
• Technical development in analysis dashboards and automation
