Administrative Transaction Processor
Position Title:Single Streamline Application Processor
Location: Onsite
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Single Streamline Application Processor reports to a Transaction Processing Supervisor and is responsible for supporting transaction processing projects that involve researching analyzing and updating consumer information across multiple systems.
This role provides critical support during open enrollment periods ensuring consumer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while meeting strict productivity and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all transactions accurately within procedural guidelines and without errors.
- Research analyze and update consumer information using multiple systems and databases.
- Meet or exceed established daily productivity standards for assigned tasks.
- Maintain performance standards for quality as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
- Provide exemplary internal and external customer service when interacting with employees consumers Access Health and DSS partners.
- Maintain strong knowledge of procedures and operating systems used to perform assigned work.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with contractual guidelines.
- Demonstrate reliability by reporting to work on time and being prepared to begin work at the start of each shift.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to achieving high quality results.
- Adhere to all project site attendance policies and performance expectations.
Required Skills and Abilities
To successfully perform the duties of this role candidates must demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to organize work prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
- Proficiency with standard PC systems and company software or the ability to quickly learn required applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while working at a sustained production pace.
- Ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to detect document and correct quality issues.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision after initial training.
Education and Experience
- College degree preferred
- Experience in eligibility determination or transaction processing preferred.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands listed below are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role.
- Regularly required to sit and use hands for typing and handling computer equipment.
- Occasional standing walking stooping kneeling crouching or crawling.
- Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Required vision abilities include close vision color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
- Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
- The role operates in an extremely fast-paced work setting.
- Overtime evening hours and occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs.
