What Youll Be Doing
Serve as a core member of cross-functional teams improving manufacturing processes
Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance Engineering team including performance management and hiring
Analyze quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations
Review validation and risk management activities supporting regulatory submissions and product launches
Lead investigations nonconformance workflows and change management initiatives
Guide technical problem solving and prepare materials supporting quality programs
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Expertise with validation and risk management supporting regulatory submissions
Experience leading nonconformance investigations and change management workflows
Knowledge of statistical techniques used in quality engineering
Certifications such as ASQ CQE/CQA/CBA Lead Auditor or AATB/CTBS are valued
