HR Coordinator:

Another Broken Egg of America Franchising LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven HR Coordinator whos got a hunger to grow and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational and advanced HR skills while providing essential support across key areas such as talent management onboarding compliance payroll and benefits administration.

Job Summary:

Another Broken Egg of America Franchising LLC is in search for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator! The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department including but not limited to government and compliance administration employee relations and talent management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Government and Compliance Administration

  • Completes Forms I-9 verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Conducts informal audits as needed to ensure continued compliance w/ federal and state programs.
  • Assists HR Manager inWorkplace Injury and Illness Incident Case Management.
  • Assists HR Managerwith FMLA and ADA cases.
  • Assists withWork Opportunity Tac Credit (WOTC) Administration.
  • Manages garnishment orders.

Employee Relations

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions via phone email and internal ticketing system.
  • Updates and maintains employee records/files in HRIS system.
  • Maintains Employee Directory/ Roster and Organizational Chart.
  • performs other clerical functions to support the corporate office.
  • Assists w/ various and ad-hoc HR projects.

Talent Management

  • Processes Personnel Action Forms.
  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Performs other HR related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working understanding of human resource principles best practices and procedures.

Basic understanding of employment law and regulation regarding items such as: ADA FMLA OSHA I-9s etc.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to function well in fast-paced corporate office.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.

Two years of HR related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
