Veterinary Dentistry Specialist Specialty Hospital
A specialty and emergency veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinary Dentist to join its collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced dental and oral care while working alongside experienced specialists and emergency clinicians in a well-equipped hospital environment dedicated to high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental and oral health conditions in animal patients
Perform dental procedures including extractions oral surgery and advanced dental treatments
Utilize diagnostic tools such as dental radiography and advanced imaging
Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up care for dental patients
Collaborate with specialists and emergency veterinarians to ensure comprehensive patient care
Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses treatment options and preventative dental care
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Training or experience in veterinary dentistry
Strong clinical skills in dentistry and oral surgery
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
