Job Description
Introduction
Are you an experienced Agile and transformation leader who can help shape how agile ways of working operate across a complex multi-country organisation In this role you help mature our Agile Practice as part of a broader international transformation strengthening organisational alignment delivery performance and scalable ways of working across countries and teams. You act as a trusted partner to senior Product and Technology leaders helping translate transformation ambitions into practical and sustainable organisational change. And every day at work youll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
As Agile Practice Lead youll:
- Drive agile transformation and organisational change across multiple countries and departments harmonising ways of working while balancing local context
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior Product and Technology leaders on agile transformation organisational performance and delivery effectiveness
- Shape and mature our Agile Practice embedding scalable and pragmatic ways of working across the organisation
- Provide leadership to our Agile Coaches and help evolve a strong and consistent Agile Practice
- Strengthen delivery performance through greater prioritisation and predictability across a complex product environment
Youd describe yourself as follows:
- You are comfortable operating at senior leadership level acting as a trusted sparring partner to Product and Technology leaders on organisational performance and transformation direction
- You have led complex transformation programmes across multiple countries business units or value streams creating alignment while balancing local needs
- You have shaped and embedded organisational ways of working at scale translating strategic ambition into practical operating models governance and execution
- You bring significant experience improving delivery performance at organisational level strengthening transparency prioritisation and predictability across complex environments
- You have built or matured Agile practices and communities of practice providing leadership to Agile Coaches and embedding consistent ways of working across an organisation
- You combine strong transformation and change leadership with deep understanding of agile principles and modern product development in product-led environments
