Lead andmonitortheEnvironmental Health Safety & SecurityProgramsfor the entire organizationincludingourmanufacturing floor R&D labs warehouses and directionguidance andexecution of safety initiativesas we scale our safety culture.

Essential Functions

• Provide overall leadershipand executionfor the environmental health and safety (EHS) function across the enterprise in support of strategicobjectivesand initiatives.
• Provide specialized technical and regulatoryexpertisein developing EHS continuous improvement processes anddeterminingrequiredfollow up activities associated with EHS incidents agency inspections and/or internal/external audits.
• Developofleading and lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that deliver best in class EHS performance anddemonstratea high levelof urgency around needed EHS paradigm culture shift change.
• Evaluates recommends develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure awareness of and compliance with EHS requirements.
• Ensure EHS guidelines and procedures are standardized currentaccuratecompliantand effectively communicated throughoutall ofour work locations.
• Responsible for proactivelyidentifyingand driving corrective and preventative action to EHS issues.

• Provide oversighttoindustrial hygiene monitoring services covering potential chemical exposure biological surveynoiseand indoor air quality monitoring for continuous improvement of safe operations.
• Develop and manage physical security programs which include butnotlimitedtosite risk assessment minimum securityrequirementsand response.

Complexity & Problem Solving

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders on a wide range of risk assessment activitiesdevelop and continuously improvepoliciesproceduresand guidelines to manage EHS risk throughout the organization.
• Project Management experience in a high-growth fast-scaling environment withexpertisein scoping leading and delivering complex programs as well as a proventrack recordof project management skills from conception and design through implementationmeasurementand continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-state EHS regulations programs andsafety teams.

• Exercisea leadership coordination and communicationrolewith the internal organization to drive continuous EHS improvement across the organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence various levels of stakeholders including C-Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Work Environment

• Job will involve office and computer-based work
• Frequent safety walks of locationsincludingwarehouseslabs manufacturingtrainingareasand officework areas
• Sedentary work that involves sitting/standing
• Ability toconduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections
• Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds at a time
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists hands or fingers

Travel required: Frequent travel isrequiredbetweenthethree St. Louis other locations and fieldsites.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or equivalentrequiredin relevant field of work.
• Minimum of8 years of broad environmental health and safety experiencein both laboratory andoperationsenvironments.
• Knowledge and experiencewithEHS Management systems and their deployment.
• Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP)orCertified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Environmental Professional (CEP).

Mustbeauthorizedtowork in the United States.
