Senior Manager Operations
The Senior Manager Operations is the primary manufacturing leader for the West Wing a 24/7 operation responsible for producing pharmaceutical softgel products predominantly prescription (Rx) therapies. The West Wing is strategically critical due to product complexity regulatory expectations and customer importance.
Position Summary
This position is 100% on-site at the St. Petersburg site.

The Senior Manager Operations serves as a key interaction point both internally and externally demonstrating strong business acumen in managing relationships and expectations.
The Role
Own end-to-end manufacturing performance for West Wing 24/7 operations across all shifts.
Deliver production commitments while maintaining tight control over yield scrap deviations and rework.
Sustain and strengthen a high-discipline compliance and quality culture aligned with cGMPs SOPs and data integrity expectations.
Ensure West Wing operations remain inspection-ready at all times.
Own execution of deviations investigations and CAPAs originating within West Wing operations.
Foster a culture of ownership attention to detail and pride in manufacturing high-value products.
Administer people-related systems such as timecard management performance reviews and related HR processes to ensure accurate and timely documentation
All other duties as assigned.
The Candidate
Bachelors degree with at least five years of progressively responsible managerial experience required.
Prior leadership experience in pharmaceutical 24/7 manufacturing environment medical device or other GMP regulated industries strongly preferred.
Established record of success in managing a production floor multiple-customer environment with demonstrated ability to direct individuals and delegate responsibilities and tasks. Experience in deviation management including deep understanding of root cause analysis and experience documenting and reviewing deviations.
Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable at both senior management and shop floor levels.
Must possess and demonstrate knowledge and experience of cGMPs SOP adherence data integrity principles and relevant safety and OSHA regulations.
Must possess computer skills with past experience using MS Office TrackWise (deviation management) spreadsheets and ERP systems
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Individual may be required to sit stand walk regularly and occasionally lift to 15 pounds; no lifting greater than 44.09 pounds without assistance. Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and to use required office equipment. Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.
