Position Overview
Serra Toyota Milwaukee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bodyshop Estimator who is passionate about automobiles and committed to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can effectively multitask and enjoys working as part of a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and costs
Work with insurance companies to process claims and approvals
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repair workflow
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the repair process
Qualifications
Experience as an automotive bodyshop estimator preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
Knowledge of estimating software and repair procedures is a plus
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
