Fulltime Hybrid Customer Service & Sales
Ritter Insurance Marketing is hiring a Consumer Sales Agent to support clients with Medicare and individual health insurance needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people working in a fastpaced environment and growing a longterm career in the insurance industry.
What Youll Do
- Take inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
- Help clients compare and enroll in Medicare and health insurance plans
- Manage an existing book of business
- Complete enrollments renewals and policy updates
- Work referral leads provided to you
What You Need
- High school diploma (associate degree preferred)
- Active PA health insurance license or ability to get one within 60 days
- Basic knowledge of health insurance terms and Medicare plans
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet performance goals and multitask
Preferred Experience
- Insurance sales or marketing
- Call center or customer service environment
