The Group has also established an MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) facility in Gurugram to provide comprehensive avionics maintenance and repair services to Indian airlines and support the growth of the local aviation industry.Job Summary:
As a Level 2 Cybersecurity Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring detecting and responding to security incidents within the organization. You will perform advanced analysis of security events up to proposal of remediation actions contribute to threat hunting initiatives and support the implementation of security measures to protect company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts from SIEM EDR IDS/IPS and other security tools.
- Perform in-depth analysis of security events to identify potential threats false positives or indicators of compromise (IOCs).
- Correlate data from multiple sources to determine the scope and impact of security incidents.
- Understanding of log parsing and log analysis issues
- Contribute to threat hunting activities
- Escalate complex security incidents to Level 3 analysts or management if needed
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement corrective actions and security improvements
- Suggest detection rule adaptation to support detection engineering team
- Contribute to maintain incident response documentation and procedures
- Participate in security audits and compliance activities
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats vulnerabilities and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience to be adapated for India
- 3 years of experience in cybersecurity analysis or related roles
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles threat landscape and security frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001)
- Strong experience with at least one of the detection tools SIEM :
- Splunk
- Sekoia
- IDS/IPS
- EDR : MDE S1
- Network security devices
- Etc..
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python PowerShell) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities ; English fluent
- Certifications such as CISSP CISM CEH or CompTIA Security are an advantage
Working Conditions:
- Strong collaboration with SOC team located in Morocco
- Follow The Sun Model: Rotational shifts to cover 24/7 operations including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Collaboration: Close interaction with L3 and CSIRT teams
- May require occasional on-call support or work outside regular hours during security incidents
