As a Emergency Service Security Officer in Mangonia Park FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support patients visitors and staff with strong communication and customer service while reporting concerns and following site procedures. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas parking areas and perimeter routes watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation disorderly conduct and visitor issues while following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and public areas help manage visitor flow and verify authorization for restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrol activity incidents and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems and communicate timely updates to site personnel and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is a hospital site that requires vaccines.
• This is a hospital site with a morgue.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age.
• This is a hospital site where restraining individuals may be required..
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
