Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components assemblies and systems for automotive applications.
Create and maintain engineering drawings 3D models and technical documentation.
Review design requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering specifications.
Collaborate with manufacturing quality and engineering teams to support product development and process improvements.
Analyze design performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability efficiency and manufacturability.
Support prototype development testing and validation activities.
Review and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
Assist with troubleshooting design issues during production or testing phases.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
Maintain documentation related to engineering changes specifications and project requirements.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
Experience creating and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and materials.
Knowledge of product development and engineering design standards.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related engineering field required.
35 years of experience in design engineering or product development preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
