The Office of Graduate Programs at Young Harris College invites applications for adjunct instructors of Leadership and Supervision beginning July 1 2026. The Master of Science Leadership and Supervision is an accelerated cohort based graduate degree program delivered asynchronously that prepares the adult learner with the knowledge and skills to think critically and creatively to develop the supervisory and leadership competencies essential to meet the demands of todays rapidly changing business environment.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to teach curriculum in decision making supervision team leadership organizational change and negotiation. We seek candidates who enjoy asynchronous teaching and working with graduate students to help them increase performance in their current role and prepare them for the next phase of their career journey. Strong applicants from management leadership and human resource disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. Ed.D. or DBA in management business administration human resources or degree in a closely related discipline to receive consideration for graduate adjunct appointment. Terminally degreed candidates with executive level career experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The candidate should be flexible collegial and strongly committed to teaching curriculum in the online asynchronous instructional modality. Experience instructing with or demonstration of ability to develop online instructional skills is essential for consideration.
