Job Description
The Digital Technology Vice President Operations & Delivery will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision and execution of our digital initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing digital portfolio planning and delivery enhancing digital product capabilities and setting the agenda for the DT leadership team (DT LT) in collaboration with the Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO). This role will work as part of the DT Leadership team and across the business to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy and facilitate the successful delivery of digital programs and products.
Core responsibilities:
Digital Portfolio Planning and Delivery:
Lead the development and management of the digital product portfolio process ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritise digital initiatives balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Monitor and report on the progress of digital programs and products providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Digital Product Capability:
Lead the Digital Product Managers supporting the DT foundational areas.
Drive the enhancement of digital product capabilities by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Work with product teams to establish best practices in product development user experience and delivery methodologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility within product teams to accelerate time-to-market.
Establish and promote effective ways of working across the product organisation ensuring collaboration transparency and accountability.
DT Strategy:
Collaborate with the DT leadership team and Strategy & Transformation functions to define and communicate the Digital Technology strategy ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Analyse industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
Drive change management and adoption of Digital Products across the organisation.
Act as a liaison between departments ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are integrated across the organisation.
Leadership and Communication:
Provide strategic support to the DT leadership team helping to prioritise initiatives and driveexecution while ensuring consistency across the organisation.
Drive the DT leadership team agenda in cooperation with the CDTO facilitating leadershipsessions to ensure focus prioritisation and effective execution of deliverables.
Act as the liaison between digital legal counsel and the DT LT
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation ensuring that keymessages are conveyed clearly and consistently.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging collaboration and innovationamong team members.
Lead a team of 53 across Digital & Product Operations Tech Ops and Digital Portfolio & Delivery Office with 10 direct reports.

This Vice President will have a broad scope and be accountable for the oversight of the end-to-end Digital Operating Model the Digital Portfolio planning and steering process running a centralised technology operations function and fostering a strong Digital Technology and Product culture and ways of working.
The role will focus on strengthening cross-functional collaboration embedding operational discipline and accelerating innovation working closely with counterparts in the DT Leadership Team the Strategy & Transformation organisation (S&T) Delivery and TPM leaders across DT as well as Communications and Legal ensuring end-to-end strategy engagement and delivery.
Do you have what it takes
Proven experience in digital transformation product management and/ or portfolio planningpreferably in a senior leadership role.
Previous leadership experience in leading other leaders and large complex multinationalorganisations is essential.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and digital product development processes.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and makeinformed decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationshipsacross diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple prioritieseffectively.
