What You Will Be Responsible For

• Product ownership of the Ocean Contract portfolio including Ocean Fixed Seasonal FFW indexlinked and emerging contract products
• Defining and driving the Ocean Contract product strategy aligned to the integrator vision
• Owning product playbooks product definitions and terms & conditions
• Building customerled value propositions using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Leading discovery and development in close collaboration with Platform Engineering Data & Analytics Legal Sales and CX
• Prioritising requirements and managing the product roadmap and lifecycle
• Owning gotomarket strategy and rollout of new products and features
• Managing financial performance and continuously improving product outcomes
• Maturing products at the right time and sunsetting where appropriate
• Facilitating CPM leadership forums and representing Maersk on the NYSHEX governance board

What Were Looking For

• Strong Product Management expertise in complex commercial or platformenabled products
• Solid Ocean / logistics domain understanding
• Proven experience in product discovery optimisation and lifecycle management
• Strong system thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a matrix environment
• Customercentric insightdriven and executionoriented mindset
