We are hiring for our client a well-established brokerage within the financial services sector to appoint a Front of House Administrator in Ballina Co. Mayo.

This Front of House Administrator role will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the brokerage. Working closely with senior leadership and advisors you will support client communication policy processing compliance documentation and financial administration within a regulated environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional seeking experience within insurance and financial services with the opportunity to build regulatory knowledge and professional qualifications.

The Role

  • Manage incoming calls emails and client enquiries professionally
  • Maintain electronic and physical files in line withregulatory requirements
  • Support policy processing renewals lapses and cancellations
  • Assist advisors with quotes onboarding and documentation
  • Ensure documentation is stored in compliance with Central Bank regulations
  • Maintain accurate records on Open GI and internal systems
  • Process payments issue receipts and support daily cashbook reconciliation
  • Coordinate office administration including post supplies and service providers

The Person

  • At least 1 years experience in a customer focused administrator position
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Willingness to develop regulatory knowledge and work towards APA qualifications
